A student enters into the institute after completing school education with number of expectations and hopes. This is the reason why everyone wants a good institute which can develop many skills apart from knowledge in relevant areas. The criteria of campus selection in mere temporary and largely depends on market conditions. The environment in an institute is totally different than in a school. The teacher in the college has to play very important role as well as by the institute.
Broadly speaking a teacher has to be a role model for the student. He has to develop the skills of knowledge, organization, managerial, humanity, character, honesty, awareness towards country and society etc. The student always sees his teacher before inculcating above mentioned skills. If the majority of teachers are not to his expectations it is impossible to the student to develop in himself.
The institute has to provide the platform to develop above mentioned qualities. The infrastructure, systematic approach in educating the student and the impact and image of the institute in society play the important role.
Now any one can imagine that where our beloved institute and respected faculty stands? Newcomers are to be made aware from these facts.  There is no shame in telling that we are lagging for something. It means only that we know and accept our weaknesses. This is the only way of improving the various wrong things.

The time is coming for new admissions in B.E. courses. The parents of children appeared in AIEEE 2008 are requested to realise the image and ranking of MANIT BHOPAL. The institute is nowhere in top 20 best institutes of Engineering. So many NITS are better than this institute. A lot of politics, lack of quality teachers and unutilized infrastructure are some of the factors which are to be focussed. Some of the faculty are good but students have to undergo all courses which can not be taught by few good teachers. Please go through all factors and then decide. We faculty members are trying to improve the image and state of the institute but it will take some time.

Hi Guys,

It is truly heartening to note that MHRD has finally woken-up to the bitter reality that MANIT is in a real mess,courtesy Sanjeev Saxena, Ashutosh Sharma and their extremely loyal agents,and an administrative surgery is urgently needed to save this severely bleeding institute.

Since an action on these people is forthcoming anyways,we need to concentrate on some other equally important issues now.

(1)There should be an immediate action against Dr.M.K.Gupta who circumvented all established norms and went on to become a Professor through a back-door entry made in broad day-light.This shameless man needs to be reverted back to the level of an Assistant Professor immediately (though going solely by his caliber,he does not even deserve to become an Assistant Professor,he is no better than a lab assistant...perhaps even lab assistants would be more capable and would have a better sense of morality and ethics!).He should also be made to vacate his Type - III house which he got by pure deceit and fraud.His machinations and misdemeanors against Dr.N.D.Mittal should not be forgotten either but then the Almighty will punish him for all such deeds,so let's not go into all that.

(2)We all understand that Mr.B.S.Bhatia,Mr.M.K.Jain and Mrs.N.R.Trivedi got demoted to the level of Assistant Professor almost a year ago,yet the MANIT website shows them as Professors.A correction should be pressed for in the MANIT website so that everybody comes to know that those who get promoted without the requisite qualification cannt stay there for long and have to forego their positions attained through shameless manipulations.It is very important to send a strong message of this nature to one and all.We should also enquire about financial recovery from these people by the college admin under RTI and ensure that it actually takes place.

(3)We should immediately press for a punitive administrative action against Mr. Harish Vaidya and Mr. Benny Abraham whose absorption in the institute is hundred percent illegal and should be declared null and void ASAP.They should relinquish what they achieved by making a mockery of all extablished norms.Their current financial assets should also be checked to ascertain the maginitude of their financial irregularities over the last few years.They are amongst the most dreaded money-eaters in this institute.

(4)We should also press for house-evacuation orders against ineligible people.This list is very long.It includes the same shameless,incompetent & spineless person Dr.M.K.Gupta,Mrs.Aruna Saxena(the wife of Sanjeev Saxena),Mrs.Archana Saxena(the sister of Sanjeev Saxena),Ms.Anshu Gupta(the sister-in-law of Sanjeev Saxena),Mrs. Anupama Sharma(who got her father's past house allotted to her immediately after her father's retirement),Ms.Preeti Omkar,Mr.Rishi Singh(that illmannered massive character in the Deptt.of Electrical Engg whose bulging tummy is ample proof of his money-eating and corrupt practices in the electrical maintenance section),Mr.Satish Pal Singh Rajput(the security incharge who has always operated as a visible agent of SS in unison with Manoj Sharma),Mr.Sarvesh Pal Singh Rajput(the younger brother of Satish Pal Singh Rajput,who is a good-for-nothing inclusion in this institute and whose presence itself confirms that the recruitment process of 2005 was indeed rigged!),Mr.R.K.Baghel(whose SC cerificate has always been contentious and a matter of dispute),Mr.Alok singh Baghel(the brother-in-law of Mr.R.K.Baghel),Mr.Junaid Raheem(practically a family member of the saxena family,naturally got showered with largesse over the last 2-3 years),Mr.Hira Lal Tiwari(how could this pure nerd make it to this NIT remains a suspense till now but if nothing could be done on his selection and five increments,atleast he should be forced to vacate the Type - IV house he was never eligible for!)and all similar cases.These people should immediately be asked to vacate their houses and financial recovery should be made from them because they were never eligible for such huge houses in the first place but got them by blatant manipulations.

(5)While continuing to press for action again Dr.Ashutosh Sharma,Mr.Abhay Sharma and Mrs.Aruna Saxena ; we should not forget the glaring cases of Mrs.Archana Saxena and Ms.Anshu Gupta because theirs have been highly controversial selections as well and even more controversial have been the advantages given to them afterwards.How did the institute select Mrs.Archana Saxena as an Asstt.Librarian in the scale of Rs.6500/- and how she got elevated to the scale of Rs.8000/- within few days ? Financial recovery should be made from her and she should be demoted back to the scale of Rs.6500/-.Also how could Ms.Anshu Gupta be sent for a P.G.course immediately after her joining in the institute when her probation period was on ? She needs to pay back the salary she earned in that period as she wasn't eligible for what she got.

(6)We have confirmed information about Mr.R.K.Baghel trying to manage his final PHD viva-voce examination in a hush-hush manner and though he has tried to keep it a highly guarded secret,the facts have come out in light now.His thesis needs a careful examination again as everyone is smelling a rat here.Remember these same people had initiated a vilification campaign against Mrs.Laxmi Kumhre on a simlar charge and had got her M.Tech. thesis cancelled on the same pretext just because her husband Mr. Sharad Kumhre had been at the forefront of this campaign to save MANIT from these monsters.

(7)There should be an equally strict action against the close asociates of Dr.Ashutosh Sharma,most of whom are corrupt to the core.Though there are so many eligible people here,for a start it's not a bad idea to concentrate on the post of Prof.Incharge Construction.This list inludes all faculty members who were Prof.Incharge Construction over the past few years.

The list starts with Dr.V.K.Gehlot who occupied this position though he is a Mechanical Engr.Apparently,the incentives associated with this position were far too attractive to ignore,so he unashamedly accepted & enjoyed this position.He is a known money-eater and a person with absolutely no sense of dignity or shame.Famous for all the wrong reasons one can imagine,it's difficult to understand how such a man can go on to become one of the deans in this institute.

Another close associate of Dr.Ashutosh Sharma is the former Head of the Department of Applied Mechanics(and more importantly,the PHD guide of the now infamous Mr.Abhay Sharma),Dr.M.S.Hora,who did so many financial irregularities of a serious nature in the past but let's site only one of them which is quite recent.This financial crime is similar to what has been reported in all bhopal newspapers about the Joint Director (Directorate of Health)Dr.K.K.Thassu.We have learnt from reliable sources & crosschecked it from many sources that when he went to IIT Kharagpur to participate in a conference along with another person,their complete travel expenses were borne out by a computer software company who sponsored their to-and-fro air tickets.But in his greed for making easy money,Dr.Hora took Second A.C. train fare from the college also by presenting false travel information/tickets.We have all documentary proof on this now and we would like to initiate an action against him on this count as this is a serious financial crime.Strict action should be taken against him for this serious offence.Surely,being Mr.Abhay Shrma's PHD guide does not give him a passport to commit all financial irregularities with utter disdain for the system.It needs to be re-emphasised that he has almost completely written the thesis of Mr.Abhay Sharma,which is a true indicator of his lack of morals & inclination towards corrupt practices.

The third person whose financial assets need to be examined immediately is the current Prof.Incharge Construction Dr.Anil Sharma who has always been famous for eating money and who has eaten lot of institute money in a short span of time.It should also be kept in mind that this man,who is a Civil Engr,is currently heading the Deptt.of Chemical Engg.

All three gentlemen mentioned here have also signed innumerable, (manipulated)house allocation orders in favour of ineligible people and it would only be proper for them to face the heat now.And though a number of heads of various departments have been very famous for eating imprest money allotted to their respective departments through fabricated vouchers,these three are there right at the top of that list also.Such things should definitely be examined by competent authorities.

(8)The institute needs to explain why Sanjeev Saxena has been given admission in the institute as a full-time PHD Scholar with stipend ? He is not even a post-graduate in architecture but has been given admission directly as a full-time PHD scholar and he draws a monthly stipend on the basis of managed attendance also.It is only in IITs that a graduate candidate can be directly admitted to the PHD program but this is done only in case of exceptionally talented & meritorious candidates and is very,very rare.How talented,meritorious(he completed his B.Arch.in 8-9 years,quite naturally!)and academically inclined Sanjeev Saxena is,we all know but were these facts not checked by the college admin? This is a clear case for a query under RTI.

(9)The Income Tax authorities should be requested to check and assess the current assets of Dr. Ashutosh Sharma and his close associates who have minted money in the last few years,Mrs.Aruna Saxena,
Dr.S.P.S.Rajput,Mr.R.K.Baghel

,Mr.Sanjay Soni,Dr.Anil Sharma(the current Prof.Incharge Construction who has been a puppet in the hands of Sanjeev Saxena),Dr.V.K.Gehlot,Dr.H.K.Khaira,Dr.J.L.Rana,
,Dr.M.S.Hora,Dr.A.K.Shandilya,Dr.Sushil Shrivastava,Mr.R.K.Dwivedi,
Mr.Rishi Singh(electrical-maintenance scam expert and a person responsible for the ill-treatment meted out to a sincere employee Mr.S.N.Tomar of the same section),Mr.Manish Pandey,Mr.Praveen Kaushik,Mr.Jagdish Singh,Mr.Junaid Raheem,Mr.Benny Abraham,Mr.Harish vaidya,Dr.Alok Mittal and Dr.Sanjay Sharma; all of whom have suddenly become very rich over the last two-three years(thanks to the shameless eating of world bank money and other institute resources) and have invested heavily in land,stocks and other investment instruments.

We need to come together and fight on all these issues as they are equally important,if not more important than the issues we have been fighting for all along.The corruption in this institute is manifold and manifesting inself in different forms.It is very important to clean the system once for all and discourage people from getting involved in such practices or playing in the hands of another Sanjeev Saxena (assuming that the institute gets rid of this guy in near future!).The struggle must go on till this institute is brought back to normalcy.

Mr Arjun Singh is in Bhopal since yesterday, and Journalist asked him about action as per Mr Buch report in MANIT . Mr Singh confirmed that actions will be taken very shortly.

On this Ashutosh Sharma and Archana Saxena has called Today at 10.30 AM the Members of Student Council and asked them to boycott the coming exams in support of Sharma/Saxena.The students had been threatned for punishment if do not support . Students had been told that they will be FAILED in Viva etc.

Drunken revelry during NASA

Dear All,

This is another shocking eye-opener for all of us.

Go through what happened on that fateful night of 28th December(Friday)in the NASA function organized by Mahamahim Ashutosh Sharma Ji and decide by yourself where the institute stands and if some of us actually deserve to be in the teaching profession,forget about being in an NIT.

It all started on the first night of that much-acclaimed function NASA when there was a scheduled musical program by the famous group ARYANS.

It has been observed on many occasions in the past 3-4 years that a number of faculty members reach these programs in a highly drunk state and create all kinds of nuisance at the venue.Some of them are relatively senior faculty members like Jagdish Singh(the muscleman of Ashutosh Sharma in the Deptt.of Architecture),
K.K.Dhote(an agent of Ashutosh Sharma & Sanjeev Saxena),Sanjay Soni(an agent of Sanjeev Saxena),S.P.S.Rajpoot(a shameless agent of Sanjeev Saxena)and Dr.(?)R.K.Baghel(a well-known agent of Sanjeev saxena who joined MANIT on the basis of an alleged fake caste cerificate),etc.

These guys now have more support for their nefarious & potentially damaging activities for the reputation of the institute,coming from some of the luminaries who have joined the institute in 2005.Some of these known mahapurush are Sarvesh Pratap Singh Rajpoot(an obnoxious blot on the teaching profession,the younger brother of Satish Pal Singh Rajpoot),Junaid Raheem(an employee of Sanjeev Saxena who directly reports to him),Alok Singh Baghel(a known drunkard who comes to the college in a drunken state,is the brother-in-law of Dr.(?)R.K.Baghel),
Pushyamitra Mishra(the cobrother of Mr.Mukesh Pandey,Registrar,RGPV)
Akhilesh Soni(a passout of LNCT who joined MANIT through waiting list in 2005 because he happens to be the brother-in-law of Mr.Sanjay Soni),Neeraj Tiwari(a very indecent guy selected in that sanjeev saxena - ashutosh sharma managed selection show of 2005,was a faculty of Radharaman Institute before joining MANIT in 2005,was practically unemployed for many years before he was "adopted" by Sanjeev Saxena,is a well-disguised agent-cum-goon of Sanjeev Saxena),etc.

On 28th December night,the ARYANS started their program.
Parallely,another mehfil was going on at Mr.Sanjay Soni's official room in the Department of Applied Mechanics.It is an open secret now that the official institute rooms of some faculty members get converted into madiralayas and ahataas with the fall of night.These faculty members invite like-minded people to their rooms where they are provided "baithne ki uttam vyavastha" and unlimited access to wine,accompaniments and finally facility to womit inside & outside the rooms.The rooms that have now become notoriously famous for such a facility are Sanjay Soni's room,Jagdish Singh's room,Sarvesh Rajpoot's room and Raman Nateriya's room(this guy is the 'yes man' of Mr.Sanjay Soni,is also famous for regularly keeping one or more tenants in the official campus accommodation provided by the college).

Coming back to the mehfil,the surapaan mehfil at Mr. Sanjay Soni's official room was attended by many rasik faculty members,the names that surely deserve a mention are the magnanimous host,Raman Nateriya,Alok Singh Baghel,Sarvesh Rajpoot,Pushuyamitra Mishra,Akhilesh Soni,Neeraj Tiwari,Ashok Brahmane(a known drunkard who is a contract employee in the Electrical Maintenance Section of the instt.),S.P.S.Rajpoot,Rishi Singh,Manish Pandey,etc.

The mehfil continued till late in night and then this group of nashe mein dhutt sharabis decided to enjoy the ARYANS' performance.They reached the venue and immediately started the ruckus.These so-called faculty members climbed up the stage in the middle of a song and started making all kinds of vulgar postures forgetting that they were faculty members of a premier NIT.One of them in his overenthusiasm slipped from the stage and was seen limping afterwards but then such things happen with sharaabis.It was a very obscene & indecent visual not only for our students but also for students who had come from every nook & corner of the country to attend this mammoth function.To be honest,it was very difficult to believe that these guys were not slum-dwellers of Pampapur or Panchsheel Nagar and were actually a part of the faculty strength of this supposedly premier institute.

All this badtamizi happened in presence of Mahamahim Ashutosh Sharma Ji and his family including his wife & that nincompoop brother Abhay Sharma whose Ph.D. thesis has now been almost completely written & typed by Dr.M.S.Hora(inspite of a peculiar health problem because of which Dr.Hora finds it difficult to sit for long hours).

As if this wasn't enough,these faculty members came down and misbehaved & abused a number of students of MANIT & other institutes.They did not spare girls either,in fact it appeared that they were looking for them rather desperately.The girls were abused in the worst possible manner through four-lettered foul words in Hindi.The most important characters here were Sarvesh Rajpoot,Alok Singh Baghel,Pushuyamitra Mishra,Akhilesh Soni,Neeraj Tiwari,Ashok Brahmane and Raman Nateriya ; all of whom specialize in indecent language,foul words and obscenity of the worst kind.Some of these guys went to the extent of openly hurling dirty abuses at Mahamahim Ashutosh Sharma Ji who himself is responsible for the creation of these BHASMASURS.Finally,these guys had to be controlled by the organisers and even some force had to be used with atleast two of them who had gone berserk.

Considering what happened and what could have happened on that night,we were extremely fortunate that it did not become more serious and no molestation attempt was made or could be made like what happened in Bombay and Delhi on New Year's Eve.However the way things are moving,even such a horrendous scenario is not a distant possibility.

Nobody is safe in this environment and most faculty members prefer not to attend such functions because they are absolutely sure that the faculty members named here can stoop down to any level and can cause any serious damage to their families(especially the women).It's a real shame that such indecent & vulgar behaviour is surfacing not only from some precious gems selected in 2005 but from some relatively senior faculty members also who,on Mahamahim ashutosh Sharma Ji's encouragement,are breaking all moral barriers.What is even more disturbing & objectionable is that the institute admin is plain and simple indifferent to this vandalism. 

We got feedback from a number of students of MANIT,students from other institutes and some other sources also.We also came to know that there was a specific verbal as well as a written complaint by a number of male & female students against these faculty members for their all-too-visible indecent behaviour but no action could be taken against the errants because the top admin requires a No Objection Certificate from Lauhpurush Sanjeev Saxena Ji(the owner of this private institute MANIT)to take any step in any connection.Since all these guys are proven and loyal agents of Mahamahim Ashutosh Sharma Ji and Lauhpurush Sanjeev Saxena Ji,no action could be taken,not even a show-cause notice for the unimaginably unruly & indecent behaviour of these hooligans.

Now may we ask some questions..

(1)Who are criminals ? We or these people ? Mahamahim Ashutosh Sharma Ji,please throw some light on this.

(2)Who are the people hellbent on bringing this institute down ? We or this bunch of lumpen drunkards ?

(3)Who are using the official institute rooms as ahataas and madiralayas ? We or these people ? Why the official institute rooms are being allowed to be used as ahataas and madiralayas by these faculty members ? Is the institute also providing some wine-allowance to a select band of faculty ?

(4)Why the institute has become the personal fiefdom of the Saxena family whose rags to riches story is here for everybody to see ?

(5)Why there are tenants in the official accommodation allotted to some faculty members like Raman Nateriya ? 

(6)Why the agents of Sanjeev Saxena,like that cheap character & heavy drinker Neeraj Tiwari,are allowed to openly use abusive language in the corridors of the institute and target not only senior faculty but students also ? Why this goon of Sanjeev Saxena,who is neck-deep in his coaching business, is allowed to force students of MANIT to join his coaching ? 

(7)Why the top admin needs to take NOC from Sanjeev Saxena for any action ? Why Sanjeev Saxena does not become the Chairman BOG or assume the responsibilities of the top admin if he is actually calling the shots ?

Please understand that this incident will never be reported in newspapers because the DB journalist who was very active in bringing true facts to light has been pressurised by the newspaper owners not to report anything damaging to Mahamahim Ashutosh Sharma Ji.

We finally leave it to your wisdom to decide who stands where,where this institute is going and who are the people responsible for this.

May the year 2008 see a new dawn and some divine intervention save this institute which is sinking to unimaginable depths.Days are not far when it will be difficult to differentiate this institute from Saifia,Benazeer or Ravindra College.Will this institute then become an IIT or ITI..your guess is as good as ours! 

Faculty updates

Hello all,

We now have the complete feedback & confirmed information received from various sources.Based on this,we now are in a position to pick the pieces and reconstruct what transpired on that day when the Chairman,BOG,Mr.A.N.Singh,visited the institute.We have crosschecked this from many of our sources.The details are here for all of you:

(a)As soon as our delegation headed by Dr.Gayatri Agnihotri reached the conference room to meet the Chairman,Mahamahim Ashutosh Sharma Ji called up all his agents(s.p.s.rajpoot,r.k.baghel,arvind mittal,jagdish singh,etc.who immediately became hyperactive)in different departments and through them spread a rumour amongst newly recruited faculty that Dr.Gayatri Agnihotri is having a meeting with Chairman wherein she has demanded that she be made the Dean(Admin).This should then be followed by an enquiry by her regarding all recruitments in 2005.It was also circulated that the chairman had agreed on this in principle and consequently the jobs of close to 60-70 people were at stake as she is totally biased and dead against them,unjustifiably.To oppose the sinister designs of Dr.Gayatri Agnihotri and group,it was essential to assemble in front of the director's room immediately.A panick-stricken mob of almost 80-90 people immediately gathered in front of the directors room,most of them out of sheer insecurity.

(b)The moment our delegation left,the mob entered inside the conference room and had a conversation with the chairman.What followed was very interesting as you would realize now.

(c)The most vocal speakers were expectedly Mahamahim Ashutosh Sharma Ji,Dr.Aruna Saxena,Dr.Alok Mittal,Mrs.Archana Saxena, Dr.S.P.S.Rajpoot,Dr.M.K.Gupta,Mr.R.K.Dwivedi,Mrs.Meenu Chawla,Mrs.Anupama Sharma,Rishi Singh,Amit Ojha,Pankaj Swarnkar and few others.We are still trying to ascertain the identity of some speakers but will definitely update you after seeking a confirmation.

(d)The discussion was kicked off by Mrs.Archana Saxena who stood up and declared in a threatening tone"Those agnihotri sisters have also been working in this institute,so what wrong have we done to join the institute? " What she meant was that everybody has a right to join this institute on the basis of his/her connections and without any ability.She conveniently forgot that the agnihotri sisters,she has been refering to,did join the institute on the basis of their ability,nothing else.The chairman looked at her and shook his head in disbelief as if to convey how could somebody like this lady be the librarian of an NIT!!!!

(e)Dr.Ashutosh Sharma said that these people were hellbent in defaming the institute which was likely to become an IIT(with such talented & corrupt people around,it's nothing more than a cruel joke!).He also said that if the house allocation by the former chairman Mr.Jhalani was cancelled,it will set a very bad precedent and in future,people will challenge the decisions of every chairman,including the present one.The chairman retorted that he is not going to allot any house to anybody,so there is no such danger.Dr.Sharma also insisted that in such a situation,why should we rakeup these allotments only ? We should rakeup all old cases as well in which situation a number of these disgruntled people will also be thrown out of their current houses.

(f)A visibly furious Dr.Alok Mittal vehemently defended the current administration and urged strong action against Dr.Gayatri Agnihotri,Dr.Ganga Agnihotri,Mrs.Tripta Thakur,etc.who in his opinion are maligning the institute for their own selfish interests and petty gains.He strongly urged the chairman to initiate strict action against savemanit blog which,according to him,was defaming him and other honest,hardworking and committed people.In hindsight,he was right partially,he is definitely committed but not to the institute but to that goon..sanjeev saxena and his well-known agent ashutosh sharma.

(g)Dr.Aruna Saxena talked about some faculty members(read the same three lady teachers again)who were casting aspersions on other faculty members' characters.She also told the chairman that these people are threatening honest & good people like us by saying that they will ensure a "Kaali Diwali"for them.She immediately invited Mrs.Anupama Sharma to prove the point that a character assasination campaign was going on.

(h)Mrs.Anupama Sharma was at her theatrical best as she pretended as if she was about to burst in tears.She also complained to the chairman that these people are putting a question mark on other's characters including her.She urged a very strong action against those involved in such activities.

(i)A paan-masaala chewing R.K.Dwivedi also decided to speak in order to justify his newly found responsibility of the position of REGISTRAR,a post that has come his way courtesy sanjeev saxena.As is always the case,the paan-masaala in his mouth made it difficult for him to speak clearly,yet he tried his level-best to mutter some words.The essence of what he said was that the instt.was on a development path(with his appointment as the Registrar,ofcourse!)and rather than highlighting all that,people like Dr.Agnihotri were highlighting the negative points to bring the instt.down.

(j)Dr.S.P.S.Rajpoot stood up and came up with a "nivedan" to the chairman that strict action be taken against all such people who are involved in this 'muheem' and who have made it very difficult for a sincere & honest person like him & others to concentrate on their work.

(k)Then started the histrionics of Rishi Singh,Lecturer,Deptt.of Electrical Engg.He put his hand on his bulging,massive tummy and informed the chairman that his "bhookh" and "pyaas" were gone because of the constant vilification campaign by Dr.Ganga Agnihotri,Dr.Gayatri Agnihotri and Mrs.Tripta Thakur.He also informed the chairman that these women were constantly threatening him of dire circumstances and are even talking about going to "Mahila Aayog" against him.He also said that these women are threatening him that they will see to it that he loses his job("Hum tumhara job khaa lenge,aisa kehti hain").He wanted to know what will happen to him if he actually loses his job.The chairman responded back that in that case,he will have to look for a new job and does he expect the chairman to arrange this for him ?

(l)Pankaj Swarnkar,another faculty in the Deptt.of Electrical Engineering and a coaching expert,complained to the chairman against the same set of women faculty and informed him that these women never take classes.In fact,he was the only one who takes classes in final year was what he conveyed.

(m)Amit Ojha,a waiting-list selected faculty in the same department,also urged the chairman to take a strong action against some of the lady faculty members of his deptt.who are engaged in these defamatory activities.He also informed the chairman that these women are putting pressure on him to join their newly formed faculty association in which case he will be spared by them else he will have to face the music.The ladies were also threatening to expose him regarding his selection.

(n)All through this turbulence,Dr.M.K.Gupta was working on a single-point agenda.He was constantly appealing to the chairman to save him in case Dr.N.D.Mittal makes another attempt aimed at "deh-tyaag".He also threatened the chairman that he would also take some pills if no action is taken but immediately realized that it requires some "himmat" to take such pills,so changed his stance dramatically by saying that he will take peppermint candies only and will get himself admitted in a hospital,so typical of him.He proved it again that he had an axe to grind against a sincere faculty like Dr.N.D.Mittal and if Dr.Mittal actually makes another attempt at suicide,he would be the one almost wholly responsible for it.

After all this hullabaloo ended,the faculty came out and outside the room,a faculty member of Electrical Engg.Deptt.Anoop Arya was virtually reprimanded by Mrs.Aruna Saxena in front of so many people.She warned him against meeting and paying any respect to Dr.Gayatri Agnihotri and hobnobbing with those people.

Dr.M.K.Gupta was also heard shouting loudly,abusing Dr.N.D.Mittal and cursing Dr.G.Dixit in the same breath,who in his opinion was the real culprit and wanted to trap him by literally forcing him to write a complaint against Dr.N.D.Mittal.

In short,it was another shameless show organised by Mahamahim Ashutosh Sharma Ji who is constantly blackmailing the new faculty members by telling them that those who are fighting against him are actually against the recruitment process 2005 and are hellbent on getting their appointments cancelled.This way he is able to create a panick wave amongst new faculty and able to use them to hide his wrong doings.

We would like the newly joined faculty members to understand that we are not against them per se.Once they have joined,they are as much a part of this MANIT family as us.Our crusade is aimed at cleansing this system by getting rid of parasites like ashutosh sharma & sanjeev saxena and their shameless cronies.We are striving for establishing a clean,transparent and fair system and till the time we succeed,the fight will go on.

The new faculty also need to understand that these people are loyal to none.They can go to the extent of arranging a strike by galvanising lumpen elements amongst students with the active involvement of praveen saxena or can go to the extent of suspending all new joinees en-masse to create a real turbulence in the institute and divert the attention of public from their own wrong deeds.Beware,you should not allow them to use you.You interest is also the same as us.We all need to join hands to take this institute to heights of excellence from abysmally low depths it has plunged into.

The copy of this letter was revived by one of the senior officer of MANUT who wanted to hid his name.

Subject: - Irregularities and Corruption in MANIT, Bhopal

I request you to look into following points due to which entire institution is in the grip of corruption, casteism, and nepotism

1) Recruitment scandal: - The huge money transaction had been carried out. AICTE norms violated grossly. Violent and aggressive nepotism had been exercised by a nexus between Dr. Ashotosh Sharma, and contractor, Shri. Sanjeev Saxsena. Mrs. Aruna Saxena, wife of Sanjeev Saxena had been appointed as professor, (Training and Placement) without having a single day experience as AP. and within week’s time she became Assistant Professor from lecturer. Shri. Ajay Sharma, who was a sub engineer in state PWD, appointed as Assistant Professor with five extra increments without having PhD Shrimati Archana Saxena, sister of Sanjeev Saxena appointed as Assistant Librarian in scale of Rs. 6500-10,500/ has been has been upgraded to Rs.800-13500, even probation period is not over. Numerous other appointees are the same. Rs7.0 Lakes per candidates was minimum amount taken by. Dr. Ashotosh Sharma/ Sanjeev Saxesena. They have bribed the present Director, Dr. K.S.Pandey, who in turn, encouraging more serious irregularities. Dr. Pandey, who is womaniser, appointing wives of these newly recruited lecturers, as contract faculty.
2) Construction scandal: - Proper laid down procedure has not been followed in awarding the contracts. All contracts are being given to Shri. Sanjeev Saxena. Building Works Committee Meeting held after the completion of works. No out side technical expert are invited. Even they bribed Shri. AVS Shastri, a MHRD officer, who attended the meeting. There is a gross difference in specifications in tender and real construction. The regular Institute Engineer has been transferred to civil department to teach and three faculty members, as per choice of Sanjeev Saxena has been engaged in civil construction works. An Assistant Engineer Shri. A.K. Soni, suspended because he refused to deviate from rules. A mechanical engineering professor Dr. V.K. Gahlot was professor in-charge construction for more then one year who in turn rewarded now as Dean (Planning and Development).
On 25/02/07, Dr. K.S. Pandey, Director, arranged his son’s marriage and each employees has been terrorised to attend and gift heavily, otherwise annul increments shall discontinued. Shri. Sanjeev Saxena has given Rs.10.00 Lakes to Dr. K.S. Pandey.
3) Suspension Issues: - One faculty, Security officer, Assistant Engineer, and a class IV employee had been suspended without any specific reasons. The said nexus had fabricated the pressure. Even charge sheets, after the eight months, has not given in some cases. Basic fundamental rules are not being followed by Dr. K.S. Pandey. He is demanding to send their wives to settle the issue.
Annual Increments: - They are not being released after rationalization as proposed by MHRD for the engineers. One junior most engineer Shri. R.K. Salve, had managed to provide woman and money to Dr. Pandey, who in-turn released his increments Dr. Pandey took at least Rs. 25,000/ per candidates for fixation of pay scale, numbering about 60. He his after the lady doctor and lady civil engineer. In presence of me, he used to speak very shabby language for them.
Land Encroachments:- Director, Pandey is allowing to encourage the encroachments of precious land (About Rs.1500 per sq. feet) to police personnel’s private colony (IPS) with the help of Shri Sanjeev Saxena. The court case against Sanjeev Saxena has been withdrawn by Shri. K.S. Pandey. Security officer, Shri Prabhakar Singh suspended because he did not okay his misdeeds.
Examinations:- Questions Papers are being sold An organized crime gang are operating under the supervision of Dr. Ashotosh Sharma, Dr. M.K. Gupta and Sanjeev Saxena. The so called EDP cell is only an eye wash to Govt.
Professor In-charges: - The new recruiters (Lecturers) are wardens and ragging is going on. Human Rights commission as summoned the Director. Lecturer with criminal records. Shri Jumed Rahem, Risi Shing has been made in charge of civil and electrical maintenance. Even they have link with terrorist organizations. Lacks of Rupees had been given to these persons as temporary advances. Their teaching assignment has been withdrawn. The same is following in store and purchase section. Professor in-charge Shri. Sanjay Soni, managed to appoint his brother-in-law as lecturer.
Security lapse:- Numerous thefts are going. The controversial security agency is still having the contract. The persons with fake certificates had been engaged. The big scandal surfaced by police department. But its contracts is still continue by Director. Professor S.P.S. Rajput is the kingpin behind this. Director Pandey is getting Rs.1.0 lakes per month by this agency. These two persons suspended the permanent security officer.
General Behaviour of Director: - It is very ugly shabby, antidemocratic, abusive and used to outburst on simple matters. He preferred only Brahmins. He has terrorized each employee to touch his feet even on street and corridors. If somebody resists, his group takes revenge from him. Publicly, he used to speak “I can purchase Arjun Singh Minister, MHRD, Govt. of India.
The basic constitution of institute has been broken and all administrative works are being handled by teachers. They are not doing teaching work. The sheer nepotism and family system is flourishing in this NIT.
The employees unions are not recognized by this Director and full dictorship is functioning.
I have witnessed all this. Therefore, I appeal you to save this institute.

MANIT students jump into row

Bhopal, Nov 1: Perturbed over the appearing news reports, finally students of MANIT broke their silence on Thursday and jumped into the ongoing tug-of-war between the MANIT director and MANIT Faculty Association.

Reacting sharply over the appearance of media reports, the students under the banner of Technical Students Association (TSA)

has written a letter, dated November 1/07 to the Chairman, Board of Governors, MANIT demanding to safeguard careers of the 2,500 students.

In its letter TSA has demanded nine actions by the MANIT administration to protect the academic standards of the institute and come out with the result in 15 days.

If no such action would be taken, students would launch state-wide agitation, dharnas and take out marches, added the release. And if required, TSA will go to Delhi and meet HRD Minister and Prime Minister of India.

TSA also demanded action by the institute authorities on nine points (for obvious reasons, Central Chronicle has decided some of the points).

Here is the reprint of the TSA's demand and letter.

Strict action should be taken against the faculty members, who are working with NGOs.

Strict action should be taken against Savita Raje, Dr Nitin Dindorkar, Tripta Thakur, Mukul Kulshreshth and Dr Gayatri Agnihotri on their alleged association with NGOs.

A detailed closed door inquiry should be made from the institute students and insincere faculty members should identified and punished

Institute should immediately register a cyber crime case against the website http://savemanit.blogspot.com/. The faculty members involved in the website should be identified.

Computers of all above mentioned faculty members should be immediately seized.

The letter has been marked CC to Hon'ble Minister HRD, Director MANIT, Bhopal was released to the newspaper offices here on Thursday.

Earlier, Maulana Azad National Institute Technology Director KS Pandey condemned newspapers report that were published in a section of media about MANIT.

Later on Wednesday, MANIT Faculty Association, President Dr Gayatri Agnihotri, Secretary Prof. Tripta Thakur and treasurer Prof Kamal Singh reacted to the Maulana Azad National Institute Technology Director KS Pandey's press note that appeared in the October 31st edition of Central Chronicle.

A message from MANIT Faculty Association...

We too in our endeavour are not against any person per se, but it pains to see our alma matter go through so much of turmoil. I can proudly say that MANIT has one of the best available infrastructure, but without proper utilization and a vision to lead, all this goes waste and down the drain.

We have tried our best to be fair, apart from comments having very foul or abusive language, we have accepted all the comments, as this blog strives to be a platform for communication.

Formation of MANIT Faculty Association (MFA)

Taking a cue from the savemanit blog (your blog has indeed been very inspiring), and the terrific response of the alumni, an association of right-minded MANIT-teachers has been formed.

The MANIT Faculty Association (MFA) is committed to the following goals:

1. To save the reputation of MANIT and prevent the institute from undergoing further degradation.
2. Initiate corrective actions in the current system, and
3. Maintain the academic environment in line with the dignity of a National Level Institute.

The response to the formation of the MFA has been extremely encouraging. Association membership was signed by as many as 60 teachers within the first two days of its formation, and the members have kept adding with each passing day. The formation of association has brought a ray of hope that teachers would now dare to stand against the section of faculty who are deeply involved in misappropriation. Hopefully, the internal pressure will put brakes to the existing corruption.

The response of the administration to the formation of MFA has been on the predicted lines. The teachers who went to meet the Director to appraise him of the development, were first greeted with fury, a security guard was called to put these teachers out of the office of Director, and the letter introducing the Association was torn to pieces in front of the faculty by the Honorable Director, MANIT, without the courtesy of glancing through it.

Nevertheless, this has only helped strengthen the resolve of the teachers to remain undaunted and to seek what is morally correct. The Association hereby calls upon all of you to please support us to revive this institute. We are not against individuals, but stand united against all forms of corruption.

This mail should be seen as an extension of our first mail.Paucity of time forced us not to include all relevant names in one stroke but we sure would not like to offend any deserving person by excluding him from this "Sanjeev Saxena Roll of Honour".We are still taking a great risk of physical violence by these goons against us and our families but the truth should prevail against all odds.So here goes the second list.Understand that some of these people are directly involved whereas some others are more like fringe elements in this setup;not because they do not wish to play a bigger role but because they are not considered suitable for anything more by Sanjeev Saxena.In short,their perceived utility-index is a little low,so they have to be content with whatever roles they are assigned with by sanjeev saxena.The list is as below :-

(1)Dr.Sanjay Sharma : Prof.H.B.Khurasia's nephew.Was selected as a faculty in this institute riding precisely on the strength of this connection.Is a very corrupt and unscruplous person.Has been on deputation as Regional Officer,A.I.C.T.E. and handles M.P.,Gujarat & Chhattisgarh.Is based at the regional office of AICTE in Bhopal.Has made crores of money over the last few years and is another potenial case for IT sleuths.Ask any private college owner in Bhopal and you will have stories about his corruption.Does not allow any file to move an inch unless his palm is greased heavily.Ofcourse,he doesn't charge anything from Radharaman Institute and the reason is not difficult to understand!!!!!

(2)Dr.Alok Mittal : Is a higly corrupt & unethical person and thus fulfills the criterion for making it to sanjeev saxena's list of close cronies.Give him any responsibility and he will start eating money shamelessly.Was a hostel warden in the past and this was when his campus house was stone-pelted by a rampaging mob of hostel inmates as they had concrete evidence of his mony-eating activities and mass scale corruption.Was the Public Relations Officer(P.R.O.)in the college till last year and his primary duty was to generate adequate publicity for ashutosh sharma,sanjeev saxena and associates by managing all local newspapers to the extent possible.Used to shower the correspondents of some newspapers with lavish gifts to manage them.Another activity he specializes is in getting projects from govt.agencies by greasing the palms of approving authorities and then eating most of the mony through frivolous vouchures and expenditure heads.Can do anything for money,only the offer has to be good and lucrative enough.

(3)Dr.J.L.Rana : Those who keep talking about most of the senior people being good and most juniors being bad,need to have a good look at this very senior person and few others in the same league to understand that there are black sheeps everywhere.Easily the seniormost computer science professor in M.P. and amongst the rarest of rare people in the state to have a PHD in Computer Science but a person whose corruption knows no bounds.Was the Director of M.P.STEP,a body of MANIT and ate millions of rupees in unison with the STEP Manager Raghuwanshi.So many enquiries later,the Central Vigilance Commission has come to a definite conclusion that this man is the monarch of corruption.The C.V.C. people have been pressing the college admin for the last many years for a very strict punitive action against him but the admin has been at its best in protecting him.First,a former director Prof.S.C.Soni tried his best to save him and even now there has been no action against him.The reason is that this man is a close associate of sanjeev saxena and is currently on lien from MANIT to render his services to saxena's Radharaman Institute.He sees this as the best escape route and the most adequate option to protect his skin.He has no choice either.The moment he says 'no' to saxena,the C.V.C. diktats will be implemented verbatim.Has a huge house on a sprawling piece of land on kolar road.The land itself is worh millions and even a blind person can make it out that no professor in india,forget about a professor at MANIT, can afford it.But he is not an ordinary professor by any standards as you must have understood by now.

(4)Dr.C.M.Agrawal:a Professor in the Deptt.of Mechanical Engg.Currently on lien to Radharaman Instt.Was an expert in three activities all through his life:- taking engineering drawing tuitions at home/outside,leaking examination papers to students and acting as an insurance/investment agent for all & sundry.His clentele includes almost everybody from MANIT,right from a class-IV employee to the people sitting virtually at the top of the structure.

(5)Dr.H.K.Khaira : Another C.M.Agrawal of MANIT.Was an insurance agent for many years,the business was run in the name of his wife.Never got any administrative responsibility in the past because everybody knew about his administrative ability or,more correctly,the lack of it!!!.His transition from an "Insurance Agent" to 'Sanjeev Saxena's Agent" was quite natural.Is now proudly sitting as the Dean(TEQIP) and is hand-in-glove with saxena & his man in misappropriation of huge funds coming from MHRD.A "yes man " of the admin,the man is spineless and docile,just the right candidate for saxena and his men.Did collude with sanjeev saxena in the recruitment process of 2005 in the capacity of HOD,Deptt.of Mechanical Engg,accepted everything and in return,got his nephew Amit Sohane selected as a lecturer in the same department.Incidentally,Amit Sohane did his graduation from a private engg. college and with such a great exposure,he is now teaching the students of an NIT,thanks to Dr.H.K.Khaira and the nepotism so typical of this institute.

(6)Prof.B.S.Bhatia : He did everything in life other than his primary duty that was teaching.His room was always overflowing with faculty interested in sleaze,malicious gossip,obscene jokes,dirty grapevines and character assassination.Used to incite people with his provocative suggestions.Could not do his PHD which is only to be expected as he had neither the time,nor the will for any serious academic activity.Was promoted as a Professor two years ago against all norms as nobody can become a professor in the absence of a PHD degree.To return this favour,was made the HOD so as to clear some purchase files.He did that and left the headship after few months or was removed because he had outlived his utility.The most laughable part is that his promotion case was put before the committe citing the fact that he may not be having a PHD but is very knowledgeable otherwise,having written a book;sadly the book had nothing to do with thermal engineering (naturally!)but was a compilation of shero-shayri converted into a book by another connoisseur alok mittal.This can only happen at MANIT that a person becomes a professor on the basis of a shero-shayri book.Great going for this nationally renowned institute!

(7)Prof.M.K.Jain : A fulltime faculty at MANIT but only on paper.In reality a 'visiting faculty".The owner of Mahavir Automobiles.For years,he used to sell-off soaps,detergents,paan masala and similar items to campus people.Obviously,he had no time for teaching or for the college as all these business activities were very time-consuming.Was promoted as a Professor alongwith Prof.B.S.Bhatia because they had the same thing in common namely lack of a PHD degree.Another shining example of how unethical some of our senior faculty have been and these are,unfortunately,the trend-setting examples for the young faculty.If the young faculty take an inspiration-leaf out of these people's books,can they really be faulted?

(8)Prof.M.K.Gupta : Another spineless buffoon.The s+a nexus identified his true potential and gave him a number of administrative responsibilities in the last few years.His elevation to the professor's level was done in return and this elevation was totally illegal & cannt stand any judicial scrutiny if challenged in a court.An advance-taking expert who has mastered the art of eating most money released by the instt through such advances in his name.Has been responsible for the miseries of a serious,sincere and committed faculty of the institute Dr.N.D.Mittal who tried to commit suicide twice in the last 7-8 months because of M.K.Gupta's misdemeanors.This man derives his authority from ashutosh sharma who is hellbent on ruining Dr.N.D.Mittal,entirely due to personal reasons and a very apparent revengeful tendency.If Dr.N.D.Mittal commits suicide in future or makes another attempt,it will be well and truly due to the machinations of this man.

(9)Prof.D.K.Trivedi:Another beneficiary.His wife was promoted as a professor even though that sacrosanct word PHD was missing from her resume.Retired in 2006,he promptly joined Radharaman Instt.to payback the undue favour,his wife is still serving as a faculty at MANIT.

(10)Prof.S.C.Soni:A very-very corrupt and opportunistic man.Became the Incharge Director after virtually throwing the then Incharge Director Dr.K.S.Sayann from his chamber with the help of some musclemen and cheap goondas hired from old bhopal with the help of one of his colleagues.Have been a close associate of sanjeev saxena because of the simple fact that he never had any character to speak of.Happily agreed to become an external expert in the recruitment process of 2005.Incidentally,he is always highly interested in becoming an expert in any recruitment process and the reasons are plain to understand.He has been invited as an expert in so many recruitment processes regularly and even now,he is more than willing to become a part of any such activity but the offer in terms of money and gifts has to be good.Got his relative V.K.Soni selected as a lecturer in 2003 and Bhawna Soni as a lecturer in 2005 when the recruitment process took place at MANIT.

(11)Dr.H.B.Khurasia : Another shining example of dishonesty,corruption and lack of morals.Got his daughter selected as a lecturer in the deptt.of architecture which has always been the breeding ground for a number of worthless but well-connected people.Got his son-in law selected in the Deptt.of Civil Engg. and later on saw to it that both became Asstt.Professors.To top it all,he bargained with saxena and got his own Type-III house allotted to his son-in-law and daughter against all standard norms ! Another shrewd opportunist and shameless manipulator who has always worked for guys like sanjeev saxena for his own selfish-interests.Ironically,his daughter Mrs.Anupama Sharma now heads the "Value Education Cell" of the institute.

(12)Dr.K.S.Syann: A morally bankrupt person,a rubber stamp,a dummy,a spineless person or all rolled in one;this man holds the world-record of becoming the Director af an academic instt.(MANIT) without having taken a single classroom session in his entire career spanning over 35 years!Always had the backing of a former director Prof.P.Krishnamachar who had the knack of identifying worthless and/or corrupt people like this man,D.N.Krishnamoorthy,V.K.Gehlot,etc. and then promoting them against all norms.Was the Incharge Director in 2005 when the recruitment process was conducted in a haste as the saxena group found him the most convenient person for all such manipulations that were about to take place.Wasn't such an idiot as he projected.Was smart enough to extract his price and inject two of his candiates in the Department of Civil Engg.(Ms.Suneet kaur and Ms.Harsangeet kaur,both relatives,in fact two sisters)as the price for putting his signature on all relevant recruitment documents.Now enjoying the cool comforts of Delhi as the Director of a private engg instt managed by the Gurudwara Prabandhan Committee of Delhi.

(13)Prof.Arvind Mittal:Another agent of SS.Played an active role in the recruitment process of 2005 and anybody can understand the meaning of an active role in the context of what went through in 2005.Got one of his relatives selected in the bargain.Has specialization in taking so many advances from the instt.and eating most of the money like M.K.Gupta.

(14)Prof.V.K.Gehlot:A pure buffoon and sychophant.Was made Prof.Incharge Construction in the past and did the best possible to support Sanjeev Saxena.Unfortunately,even his best wasn't enough for an always-so-demanding sanjeev saxena,so he was removed from this position.Is a very hollow person literally and his lack of substance & ability is fully exploited by clever manipulators like Saxena.This parasite was supported whole-hog by a former director Prof.P.Krishnamachar for reasons best known to everybody.

(15)Dr.Sushil Shrivastava : Another example of what lack of spine and inclination towards baser tendencies can do.A close sanjeev saxena associate.For years,he has enjoyed the image of being a very soft B.Tech.and M.Tech.thesis guide and openly promoted plagiarism.Hardly ever has the admin even warned him on this,though this has been known to one and all.Those who keep raking up an alleged,unsubstantiated molestation charge against a retired faculty of MANIT will do well to explain why similar misdemeanors of Dr.Sushil Shrivastava were always swept by the admin under carpet ? We have concrete information of three such incidents in which Dr.Shrivastava was involved and two of them have been quite recent.We are not mentioning the names as it's neither in good taste,nor proper!

(16)Dr.A.K.Shandilya : A close pal of sanjeev saxena.Had served as the Director of a private engg college in Gondia(Maharashtra) and was sacked for proven misappropriation of funds.If the grapevine doing rounds in the technical arena of bhopal is correct then this man is all set to become the Director of UIT,RGPV because having established complete control over MANIT,the saxena nexus is working overtimne to install their own man in RGPV also.They tried this even at the time of the appointment of the Vice Chancellor RGPV when they were ready to do "anything" for their very own candidate Prof.Ashutosh Sharma but could not succeed because the profile of Prof.Ashutosh Sharma is significantly inferior in comparison to Dr.P.B.Sharma who was handed over the gauntlet finally.Had that happened,the Sanjeev Saxena-Ashutosh Sharma nexus would have been controlling the entire technical education spectrum of M.P.Prof.Shandilya was the director of M.P.STEP also and tried to make money in the shortest possible span.

(17)Prof.L.D.Balaney:Corruption and dishonesty personified,this man will be right there on top of the corruption edifice along with Dr.J.L.Rana and Dr.R.L.Gupta.Incidentally,all three are serving at saxena's college Radharaman Instt.of Technology after their superannuation.He was also a hostel warden in the past and this was when his campus house(alongwith alok Mittal's house)was stone-pelted by a rampaging mob of hostel inmates as they had concrete proof of his mony-eating and mass scale corruption.

(18)K.K.Dhote:He is another Sanjeev Saxena man.Was made I/c Registrar Establishment to make things smooth for saxena.Is now Prof.Incharge (Legal Matters),another important position to serve the interests of sanjeev saxena-ashutosh sharma nexus.

(19)H.L.Tiwari:A clever clown who somehow managed to join as a lecturer in the deptt.of civil engg.in 2005.Was given 5 increments(the maximum possible under the rules otherwise he would have demanded & managed 10 - 15 increments!)for reasons best-known to the selection committee and sanjeev saxena nexus.Managed for his wife to be appointed as a contract faculty in the chemistry department soon afterwards.The famous spiritual personality and adhyatmik guru of Shri Arjun Singh Ji,the revered Mauni Baba says "do not speak much,your actions will speak for you",sadly this person neither understands nor follows his practical advice!The guy has nothing to do with intelligence but everything to do with cleverness and manipulation,truly the Lalu Yadav of MANIT!!!

(20)Ms.Anupama Sharma : An aruna saxena pal.To be fair to her,she has been like a real pontoon.Became close to aruna saxena when she wanted her appointment as a lecturer.Became close to aruna saxena again when she wanted to become an Asstt.Professor in 2005.Trust if an advt for a professor's position is floated today,she will go gaga over aruna saxena again.Her off and on relationship with aruna saxena depends on expediency more than anything else.Well,she heads the Value Education Cell at the institute which is a true irony!

(21)Ms.Seemi Ahmed : Another aruna saxena pal.Her husband siraj ahmed is an assistant professor in the mecahnical engineering department.Had to pay 3 lacs in 2003 to join as an OBC candidate.

(22)Siraj Ahmed : This silent operator is another sanjeev saxena man.He takes projects and eats most of the money that pours in,in the name of purchasing some machines or developing a utopian idea called weather station which never ever took off.Passes money to sanjeev saxena in the process.Got his wife selected in 2003 after paying 3 lacs.Has a dubious reputation in examination related issues and thats why he is handling the examination work as an Asstt.COE.

(23)Pathak,the Postman:Do not underestimate this crook and his destructive potential.For years,this man has been working for sanjeev saxena.He was constantly destroying the tender proposals submitted by interested parties against any NIT or used to hold them till the time the last date was over.An important cog in the wheel for sanjeev saxena's construction business.

(24)Rao : Sanjeev saxena's man who can be seen all the time in the campus.Apparently his job is to supervise the construction projects taken by saxena but more significantly,he removes the bottlenecks by his shameless goondagardi.

We wish to point-out again that this group includes not only recently joined cronies but also a number of selfserving,corrupt and unethical senior people who have never contributed to the institute.

Some more good news, Senior faculty at MANIT is taking steps to check the situation. A new association has been formed. I would request the spokesperson of the MANIT faculty association, to please contribute to this blog. Please detail the initiatives being taken to combat the present rut at MANIT.

But will this Institute survive the doings of Ashutosh and Sanjeev Saxena???

Dr N D Mittal, Faculty Applied Mechanics, MANIT, has attempted suicide on 22.10.07. With God's mercy he is now out of danger, although he is still hospitalized in ICU.

The event had its roots ion Dr Mittal's message to savemanit blog. The next day, a meeting was summoned by Ashutiosh Sharma, and was attended by 65 new recruits who have made their entry into the institute after paying huge bribes. Ashutosh then asked this group of students to have a signature campaign and move papers to MHRD, saying that Dr Mittal is making defamatory statements against MANIT , and should therefore be suspended from his job.

Dr Mittal was seen under immense pressure since then. The new recruits were mocking him around, and some say that he had even received threats. To top it, the final blow was given by M K Gupta, who has now become Dean (Academic) with the blessings of Ashutosh. It may be noted that Gupta owes a lot to Ashutosh, who had made him a Professor even when he was without the mandatory PhD. The MHRD had then directed that M K Gupta be reverted as his promotion was illegal, but Ashutosh and the Director have seen to it that the orders of MHRD are not implemented. So our Junior-most professor now occupies the post of Dean Academic, and is perpetually busy in enjoying things that he most savors: the Samosas and the dirty institute politics. Naturally, feeling obliged, he misbehaved with Dr Mittal, during the RDC of one of his PhD students and tried to damage the student in his capacity as Dean, academic (One is left to wonder if Gupta knows anything of academics at all). Soon after the scuff, Dr Mittal took poison (some say that he was made to drink poisoned tea by Gupta and the associates of Ashutosh, but this is to be verified. Let us await Dr Mittal's return. Some also say that M K Gupta has already filed an FIR against the ailing Dr Mittal to safeguard himself).

This is the second time in the past 6 months that a sincere person like Dr ND Mittal has been forced to enter into such a situation. Earlier Dr Mittal was threatened by the Director K S Pandey, and was removed from HODship , and was humiliated and insulted in front of juniors. As always the institute is only trying to paint him as a case of depression, a disease that itself has been inflicted by MANIT and the likes of Ashutosh, and his goons on those who are really worthy of being called teachers.

The incident forces us to look for deeper queries:

1. What is the fate of sincere teachers at MANIT? Will they be all forced to obey the dictates of Ashutosh?

2. Will the goonda gang ever feel apologetic and ashamed ? Or will it continue to mint money and to ask questions like
Who is Buch? What is his integrity? Why is our corruption not justified when it has been taking place in MANIT and elsewhere? We are so innocent, and we are running the institute fairly, only to be tarnished by the likes of Professor Mittal and MN Buch.

3. Are we so full of apathy that we will not see the pain of sincere people? Will we finally act? Or shall, we just forget the likes of N D Mittal and let them suffer the agony of being honest and sincere??

We are a group of senior professors at MANIT.Unable to write our names because of fear of physical violence by these goons against us and our family.We fully agree with all what is being published in newspapers or reported elsewhere.We wish to bring to everybody's notice some other important facts regarding how this institute is run by Sanjeev Saxena Incorporation,who are the key members and what roles are being played by them.The list is mindboggling :-

(1)Mrs.Aruna Saxena : She is a passout of this college and the wife of Sanjeev Saxena.She joined the institute in 1998 when the then director Mr.Y.K.Sharma took money from Sanjeev Saxena and signed her appointment letter on his last day in the office.She was a lecturer only till 2005 when suddenly she jumped two levels and became a professor in 2005 flouting all standard norms.This elevation is totally illegal and inspite of being reported in the Butch committee report,no action has been taken on this.After being elevated to the level of professor,she was immediately made Prof.Incharge(Training & Placement).This very important position gives her immense power to exercise control over the students.No student can oppose Sanjeev Saxena or his goons for fear of not only violense/physical assault but fear of losing placement opportunities also.She also sees to it that most companies visiting MANIT also visit Sanjeev Saxena's college Radharaman Institute.She has been provided with a luxurious room in the college and all A-class facilities including an advanced laptop worth almost Rs.3 lacs when even senior faculty members are struggling to get an ordinary desktop woth Rs.30-40,000 from the college.

(2)Ashutosh Sharma:He is Dean(Admin)and by virtue of this position is next to the director only.He is always the Incharge director in regular director's absence and uses his official powers in such an arbitrary manner that people cannt even imagine.He terrorises people not clost to sanjeev saxena and tortures them by way of depriving them of their normal post-related rights.He is amongst the most well-known agents of sanjeev saxena in the college.Coming from an ordinary middle-class background(his father retired as a professor from the same instt.),he has made crores of money over the last six-seven years thanks to his proximity to sanjeev saxena and some politicians.He has invested a significant amount of his money in a hospital run by his sister and brother inlaw.The hospital is known as Narmada Hospital and is in the most posh location(Arera Colony)of Bhopal.The land on which the hospital is built is worth crores of rupees and it is anybody's guess where the money came from.It should be noted that his sister and sister's husband Dr.Rajesh Sharma were practising at Hoshangabad prior to shifting their base to Bhopal recently.How can anybody earn crores of rupees in a very small place like Hoshangabad?Perhaps the Income tax authorities should take some interest in examining this because if properly investigated,this guy Ashutosh Sharma can prove out to be another Yogiraj Sharma.

(3)R.K.Baghel:This guy has joined the institute on a Scheduled Caste Certificate which has always been under a cloud. Whether the certificate is fake or genuine has not been conclusively established as yet.He was made Prof.Incharge(Office Administration) almost two years ago and almost all powers of the serving registrar were delegated to him.He exercises tremendous powers this way and keeps harassing faculty & other staff if they do not bend before his will or do not support sanjeev saxena.He has also made wealth worth millions and is the proud owner of very costly land in and around bhopal.He owns land at some very prime locations and dabbles in stock market on the strength of his newly found wealth.To make him even more powerful,the registrar has suddenly been retired recently and a dummy called R.K.Dwivedi has been given this responsibility.This man R.K.Dwivedi is a lecturer and joined the college as an Asstt.Workshop Suptdt(a post equivalent to lecturer)when he was not even an engg graduate.He was a mere diploma holder and completed his part-time B.E.from SATI,Vidisha.How competent this guy is and how suitable he is for such a sensitive position,anybody can understand.His job will now be to act as a cover for R.K.Baghel who is very corrupt & unscruplous.R.K.Baghel acted as a "Dalal" for sanjeev saxena during the recruitment process and was awarded with a free selection for his brother inlaw Alok Singh (Baghel).

(4)S.P.S.Rajput:He is an Asst.Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engg.He acted as the "Dalal" for Sanjeev saxena for the Deptt.of Mechanical Engg.when the recruitment process took place in 2005.He collected money from a number of guys and passed it onto sanjeev saxena.These guys were eventually selected in the department of mechanical engg and almost all of them like R.S.Rana,Vishal Parashar,Amit Sohane,Akhilesh Soni,etc. are passouts of substandard private engg colleges of gwalior & bhopal.To reward his dalali skills,his younger brother and a real nincompoop called sarvesh pratap singh rajput was accommodated as a lecturer in the deptt.of civil engg in the same process and was selected as a "free seat" candidate.Rajput was further rewarded with the post of Prof.Incharge Security.His job is to ensure a smooth run for sanjeev saxena's illegal activities in the campus.He collaborates with sanjeev saxena's man Manoj sharma who supplies security personnel to the college under Eagle Security Sevices.This man Manoj Sharma was jailed last year due to a security scam but came out soon.He supplies almost 120 security personnel to the college on paper but in reality only about 80 odd personnel are serving.So the coolege is paying for 120 personnel and getting services of 80 personnel only.Who are the major beneficiaries of this is anybody's guess.Rajput has also made lots of money through these corrupt practises and has invested heavily in land,houses and stock market.

(5)Sanjay Soni:An Asstt.Professor in the Deptt.of Applied Mechanics.This guy is Prof.Incharge Stores.He controls all purchases in the college and religiously passes on money to sanjeev saxena.He has been instrumental in the purchase of many useless but very costly machines that are lying waste.But the idea was never linked to the technical requirement of the college.It was always linked to making more and more money by purchasing as costly machines as possible.He has also become very rich in the last few years.

(6)Junaid Rahim:He was serving as a lecturer in Sanjeev Saxena's college Radharaman Instt.before joining this institute in 2005.He was a mere engg graduate with hardly anything to show upon otherwise also but was inducted due to sanjeev saxena's clout.Immediately after his joining,he was made Prof.Incharge Construction.Can anybody explain how such a junior guy who was having a probation period of two years before being confirmed could be assigned such an important responsibily?His job is to ensure smooth functioning for all construction projects handled by Sanjeev Saxena's S.S.Constructions.He clears every construction related file without any delay and with his eyes closed.Additionally he has been rewarded with the post of Coordinator M.P.Step.To make him free from other load,this guy has never been allotted classes over the past two years and has been given a Type-4 house for his excellent contribution to Sanjeev Saxena's cause.He is also the muscleman for sanjeev saxena.

(7)Mrs.Archana Saxena:She is Sanjeev Saxena's real sister.Was appointed in 2005 as an Asstt.Librarian and was immediately made the Incharge Librarian.She was a housewife before joining the libary of this nationally renowned institute.Her job is to eat money in all library deals and to ensure that all books are purchased through a notorious bookdealer of Bhopal Ajay Publishers & Distributors.She also ensures that books ordered for MANIT library reach the libraries of Sanjeev Saxena's institutes(RIT and REC)whenever there is an inspection there by any AICTE or technical team.The poor students of MANIT may not be having access to important books because Radharaman is the top priority for her.

(8)Ms.Anshu Gupta:She is Sanjeev Saxena's sister inlaw and Aruna Saxena's younger sister.Was selected as a lecturer in the Deptt.of Architecture in 2005.Was immediately sanctioned a two year study leave for doing her post-graduation though this was against all norms.Nobody can be sent on such a leave while the probation period of two years is on.On her return back,she has been made the Warden for Girls Hostel to control them,to make them support sanjeev saxena's goons and to exploit them.

(9)D.R.Singh:He is responsible for food arrangements in the hostel messes.He makes a lot of money by providing substandard food and in turn passes money to Sanjeev saxena.

(10)V.K.Soni:His sole claim to fame is that he was recruited because he was Prof.S.C.Soni's relative.He acts as Prof.Incharge Library and does everything instructed by sanjeev saxena and archana saxena.

(11)Praveen Saxena:A big goonda and Sanjeev Saxena's younger brother.He has been allowed to take admission in a post-graduation course in the institute and by virtue of this,has been made the President of P.G.Students Association.It is not difficult to understand the real motive of him taking admission here.This way he is encouraging goondagardi in the institute.He was responsible for the latest "chakkajaam" which was nothing more than a shameless effort to protect two cuplrits.

(12)Manoj Sharma:He runs an agency which supplies not only security personnel to the instt. but other contract employees(except contract teachers)also.He not only charges his commission officially but also,the employees are made to sign on a vouchure of actual salary decided by the college but in reality are given only 50-60% of it.He is another of Sanjeev Saxena's goondas.

(13)The institute canteen:Run by a Sanjeev saxena goon.He gives substandard food items at exorbitant prices,makes money for himself and passes it to sanjeev saxena as well.

There are some junior members also.These are:

(1)Sarvesh Rajput:This hoodloom is SPS Rajput's younger brother.He is the warden for a hostel and makes a lot of money there.Besides he terrorises other faculty by his gundagardi.He used to get supplementaries in the exams when he was a student here and is now spoiling careers of students by his incompetence.Unable to speak a single sentence in english properly,this guy is teaching in an NIT,what an irony!!!!!

(2)Rishi Singh:This ruffian also joined in 2005.Was earlier serving in a private college of Bhopal.He joined after paying 9 lacs to sanjeev saxena and was selected through waiting list as he was so incompetent that inspite of saneev saxena lobby's best efforts,they could not accommodate him in the main list.He was immediately made Prof.Incharge Electrical Maintenance while still being on probation..The job is to eat and recover his "inductance money" and share the spoils with Sanjeev Saxena & Ashutosh Sharma.Runs a coaching in M.P.Nagar by the name of PIE(Professional Institute for Engineers).His focus is totally on these allied activities.Is a very indecent person who openly uses abusive language even against women faculty of the department & the institute.

(3)Alok Singh:He is R.K.Baghel's brother inlaw.He comes to the coolege in a drunk state and terrorises people by his vandalism.He is also acting as a Hostel warden.

(4)Pushyamitra Mishra:He is related to Mukesh Pandey,the registrar of R.G.P.V. and a very corrupt man himself.He is a close associate of Alok Singh.Was inducted in 2005 after paying 6-8 lacs.Terrorised a senior and respected faculty member Dr.n.d.mittal when he objected to his M.Tech.thesis being submitted.The thesis was substandard according to dr.mittal and but this guy had his way because of his connections.

(5)Anoop Arya:He is the son of an ex-MLA.He is Prof.Incharge Canteen to make things smooth for Sanjeev Saxena's man running the canteen.Another supplementary expert,his academic record in the instt.was pathetic and now he is a faculty here!

(6)Manoj Arya:Anoop arya's real younger brother.Was also selected in 2005.Works religiously for Sanjeev Saxena.

(7)Praveen Kaushik:A faculty member who handles clasees at Sanjeev Saxena's institutes during working hours of MANIT.He was caught copying while writing his M.Tech.paper in the instt.by Lavit Rawtani,Asstt.Professor in CSE.The administration promptly punished the "real" culprit Lavit Rawtani who was suspended and remained so for 8-9 months.

(8)Manish Pandey:He joined in 2005 as a lecturer with five increments.His qualification was a mere graduation from a substandrad private engg college of bhopal but more importantly,he handles classes at saxena's colleges during working hours.

(10)Jagdish Singh:Ashutosh Sharma's muscle man.Was made an Asst.Professor in the Architecture Deptt.by considering his experience in a polytechnic against all norms.

(11)Abhay Sharma:A real nincompoop,he is ashutosh sharma's younger brother.Was serving as a subengineer at a basic salary of 5500/- before being inducted as an assistant professor with five increments in 2005.Now he draws close to Rs.32-33,000.

(12)M.S.Hora:An asstt.preofessor and abhay sharma's PHD guide,he is a "yes man" of ashutosh sharma.His job is to practically write the complete PHD thesis for abhay sharma.In return,he will be rewarded with an elevation to professor's level with abhay sharma becoming a professor simultaneously.

I am Dr.N.D.Mittal, Professor Applied Mechanics Department MANIT Bhopal as well as 1979 alumnai. My views are as follows:

Whatever has been published in news papers and contents of enquiry done by Mr.M.N.Buch are one hundred percent correct and even many more. I have not seen this much corruption in my last 33 years at MANIT Bhopal. Dr.Ashutosh Sharma and Mr.Sanjeev Saxena has almost purchased the institute in their hands. Students are not getting the quality teaching and faculty those are honest and hard worker are not able to dishcharge their duties. Faculty members are tortured and terrorised by these peoples or they also become a part of them. Hopefully many almunai might be knowing me very well during their teaching days but I am not able to deliber the lectures properly, the students who take my help are tortured from the top because I resist the administration at every corner for their mistakes and corruption. There are many more faculty members who wants to enhance the image of MANIT apart from me but administration does not permit us do not give any chance to us.
Dr.Lavit Rawtani Assistant Professor in CSE Deptt caught a corrupted faculty member during M.Tech examination for cheating and he was suspended for last 9 months. Now everyone can imagine the state of MANIT.

It is quite disheartening that things have gone to a state that one of the most respected profs of our time speaks out and is coming out with views in this regard.
Dr. Mittal has always been revered in the highest pedigree by all of us and has been one of the most decent faculty the college has ever seen and never known to get involved in petty matters.
A comment like the above from him means that things are really serious and this is a matter of grave concern.
Not sure how this can be solved but we can at least appreciate the gravity of the problem and bring it to the outer world.

i m a graduate of 1999.sanjeev saxena was a cancer then is a cancer now.irequest all the present students of mact to raise and chase that guy away as we had done in 1998.we lost a lot and had to suffer but we stood out.i hope you guys will do that to.

This Sanjeev Saxena guy was a parasite when we were around, and sounds like he still is. Never had my respect, never will.

He had a group of students aligned towards him during our time as well. It's easy for students to be lured into all the wrong things for petty gains. For most students coming from average families, all that free booze and godfatherly protection may seem more than one could ask for. And at that age, most fail to judge things well.
Fall in Sanjeev Saxena's trap, and he could definitely make you his personal chauffeur. Students need to think of their long term plans, instead of this short lived joy that he can offer in return for doing all sorts of unlawful acts.
Count my support in any way I can remotely.

Dear All..A senior professor like Dr.N.D.Mittal has every right to feel sad at the turn of events.However lets not forget that this goon Sanjeev Saxena was not allowed to enter the institute premises when Prof.J.P.Dwivedi and subsequently Prof.P.Krishnamachar were the director of the institute.
He could not dare to enter the campus for fear of police action against him as these two gentlemen were very strict.He got entry in the campus only when an ex-director and a very corrupt person Dr.Sharma was the director of the institute.Dr.Sharma was related to Mr.Shankar Dayal Sharma,former president of the country.He signed the appointment letters of Mrs.Aruna Saxena(the wife of Sanjeev Saxena)and Mrs.Anupama sharma(the daughter of Dr.H.K.Khurasia,a professor in Mechanical Engg Deptt.)on his last day in the office.The moment Aruna saxena joined the institute this goonda sanjeev saxena got an official entry in the campus.So Dr.Sharma was a big and real culprit.Later on this goonda started looking for people who were hungry for money or power and started galvanising them to increase his strength.Guys like ashutosh sharma,sps rajput,r.k.baghel and soni of applied mechanics are part of this dirty group and work day in & day out for sanjeev saxena.They make a lot of money through the corrupt practices and pass it on to sanjeev saxena.Same is the case with junaid rahim,satish pal rajput,alok singh ,pushyamitra mishra,rishi singh(this chap gave 9 lacs to be selected as a faculty throgh waiting list and is now recovering his money through electrical maintainence as he has been made the incharge for electrical maintainence).All these guys were selected in 2005.They are highly incompetent and corrupt to the core.Why Prof.Mittal is silent on these guys?Is it lack of courage?He should talk about them openly if he wants the institute to recover from this sad state of affairs.He will get full support from so many people,except corrupt and self-serving people like gajendra dixit,vk khare,
h.k.khaira,m.k.gupta,sapre,sushil shrivastava,arvind mittal,pardasani,etc.These people are either very corrupt or selfish to the core or both.They should also be shown the door otherwise one sanjeev saxena will go and another sanjeev saxena will take over by extending favours to such people.

I am shocked to read about such kind of situation of MANIT.Things are really bad.If Senior and among most respected Prof. Dr. Mittal is writing such kind of comments any one can imagine how BAD the situation is.Things were going well when Chende sir was there College was really improving the reputation.
Its really true that Sanjeev Saxena is a parasite for the MANIT We have to get some way to save the institute only long discussions in the group will not going to work.

Well employ all pumpapurians including the dhobi latch those doors and beat these folks one by one. couple of injuries and things would be in track.. the sad part is it doesn;t work this way.. Maximum damage you can do to this is these people will have to shell out additional money to politicians and police or whatever to retain position and things will be back in circles..

Guys stop asking everybody else to do this. One thing for no girl relative of mine are gonna be in this collage the anonymous faulty said something big...

I think I want know more about ravindra he likes it the way it is...by the way did saxena wife went into that night communal..I can say this dirty stuff.. thats what I was taught in those 5 years.

Whatever is going on is really bad. i passed out last year and this would be right to say that whatever happened when our batch was there. When we joined the college Dr.P.K.Chande was new director at that time. Everything was going well. Ragging, corruption every-thing was in control and even after being form a ragging prone state. i did not face any physical ragging. Even education standard improved those days because Mr. Chande tried to make it open for everyone. Then something happened in center and Mr. Chande was gone. The news came on all the channels and we were really sad. Then started what you can the era what can be called as worst ers for college.
Then Dr. Syan became the acting director. To quote one event he came to hosel no 4 when i was in second year and he asked is this the hostel of third year. What can you expect from such a person who don't know where his students live. Mr. Chande came to meet us almost everyday when we were in first year.
Then i heard the the name our biggest name a black spot on our college Mr. Sanjeev Saxena. I sware i never heard of this person before that. He got all the contracts. People praise him like anything. Mr. Rajpoot is a big fan of Mr. Saxena. then everything started to go haywire. We had a gneral ragging in second year which did not happened in first year. You should have jugad to get things done after that.
By the time i was in third year. I think the new recruit was done in this year. They recruited people like Junaid Raheem, Bro of rajpoot and so many of siblings and relatives of previous faculty. If you want to know anything about these guys just be at mata mandir at evening and they will be standing with some of your so called "Don" friends. i remember one day i was there and Mr. sanjeev Saxena came there all people rushed to him. Sanju boss!!!........some of then fell to his feet.really shameful. Felt like he is GOD or what.
On those days G.T. was very often. Sometimes when you are in the class profs. is not coming to the class or sometimes this new recruits. What will they teach you if they do not know anything. I can teach far better than they teach so the interest in studies was gone. Papers for major exams was available for them. I remember mechanical and I.T. people getting papers on the eve of exams.
Then started out Campus Placement. Against our all expectations Mr. M.K> Gupta was demoted and new TPO was Aruna Saxena. This woman does not have any manners at all. How can she talk to any corporate person at all. Once i remeber she called to HP and said -"we use your printers" that is how she knows the companies. Once my friend got no of Cisco by his friend and asked it call this company. that woman said i don't know the company and did not call it. TCS was the first company. People say that they took bribe also for that. I don't know how much is truth in that.Then again all the bunch of mass recruiters and at the end they posted the flag this year campus was great. The same companies recruited from LNCT(a private college of bhopal) and in same amount. Now i am in corporate world and i know that companies wish to go but all you need to di is call them at least. We deserve far better campus than we got.

Then we were in Final year. So these we had habit of all the things. Fees shot up by 8k Rs. p.a. but this could be justified. By that time we had got our new frak director " Dr. K.S. Pandey" want to know his full name just visit his office. You will hear so many stories about him. This guy is complete insane and a puppet in the hands of saxena. He will always emphasize on dress code etc. never on studies. In seventh sem i remember i attended only one class of one subject and very few of others.
then came the eight semester and the monster installed by college MIS. they spend a lot of money on that just to make sure that you attend all the classes. Anyway we attende all the classes in last sen. Then came the convocation. It was said to done after the sem exams. but nevertheless as usual it was postponed.
There end my college days.
Infact it is good to see that these news came to papers.

The jobs are not because Mr Suxena the market is on the fling and its going to be down because of US sub prime and other stuff in next few year.. So this will get naturalized. Looking at demand every NIT will get huge response just because when you get there you have proven the stuff.. it does not matter to most of the companies what you learn there but the attitude towards your work...

look at some of the NITs doing better than our trichy and surathkal to tell you the truth nothing different there is just the reputation that bring s better student (yes you heard right) there.

Goods companies!!! VJIT Mumbai gets far better companies than your...with better perk too...And they deny going out for next level of education...

The issue here is If you donlt stop it now this will get down to students quota and increased fees and whatever possible...You might be sucking somebody’s D**K over bullshit... You got 2 jobs you are good and you are lucky.....

Being in industry anfdin field of recruitment for so many years I will tell you nothing in Mact has attracted companies there. Its just your PET score at which you go there and the market being demanding....No NIT guy stays jobless once out without job as well it just because you go there on talent...(Exempt few. Lets not get into to other controversy now.

The Ashutosh Sharma+sanjeev saxena nexus is trying to project and beleive that they are trying hard to acheive laurels for MANIT and some ruffled professors are trying to pull them back. Well, they can play this game, but the truth will prevail in the end. So, do worry about that end, because when you victimize innocent people, drastically try to snub talent, punish talented teachers,and when you play dirty politics with students, the God Himself comes down to punish.

i am saxena's classmate. I know that person and also Ashutosh Sharma.

One interesting thing, everybody has written comments anonymously.

Mr Mittal, if I remember correctly was the Proctor in MACT, and someone should ask him what did he do in his times. These people were hand in glove in the politicians at that time. Just because his days are over and some one has taken over his role, he is crying.

On the other hand ,I regret my days from MACT, it was never a teaching institution and is still not a teaching institute . It may be ranked high but in my opinion, its a pity to see the institute.
On the other hand look at Saxena's college. It's private funded and it has a budget of not more than 5% of MACT budget. It's doing better relatively.
So the problem is not saxena, Saxena is just an person who is visible. The problem is the faculty & decision maker in MACT. They have the power and choose not to exercise.

SO please dont blame saxena & ashutosh, blame yourself and stop whining
