Recently there was a news in Dainik Bhaskar that Dr. K L Pandey( Director- MANIT) has found Dr Gayatri Agnihotri for increasing the marks of M Tech students to improve grade on student's request. Dr Agnihotri also convinced the external examiner Mr K K Patel and got his signature on record. All the proof about this are with the Director and still no action has been taken.Director Pandey confirmed to news paper " that mistakes has been found and therefore result has been withheld . This matter will be taken up in the next senate meeting to take action on concerned teacher."
In this matter, Dr Gayatri Agnihotri confirmed that she has been fabricated in this matter and details of report in news paper Dainik Bhaskar as under ( English Translation)-
Lady Teacher wants written clarification from Director
Senior Professor of MANIT has blamed administration for changing records.
In MANIT at administration level staff is blaming each other. In last week news paper has published the news about manipulation of marks in mark sheet. In this matter, senior professor has blamed the administration for doing all this and asked the reply from the Director.
Senior Professor Dr. Gayatri Agnihotri has confirmed to Dainik BHASKAR that she has been fabricated in this matter and administration has prepared the duplicate mark-sheet of student. She further clarified that she is not at all aware of this case and also this case is two year old which has come to light now -clearly indicates about the intentions of administration of MANIT. Dr Agnihotri has asked Director to provide her records of Controller of Exams in his reply to notice issued . Two month has been passed but Director has not provided anything to her and instead Director has informed the Press about this which clearly indicates the malafied intention of administration of MANIT
Dr Agnihotri has requested that all the records of administration for last two years has to be investigated to find out the scandals of administration in different activity . She raised the point that being senior professor Director do not have authority to issue notice to her as per policy of NIT. Director Pandey has accepted that he is unable to take action on her being senior professor therefore he will take matter in senate.
