Arch Tech selects 150 engineers Bhopal Today Team Bhopal, Nov 7: In Radharaman Group of Institutes (RITS, REC, RCP), a mega campus recruitment drive was conducted by a big core company `ARCH TECH SYSTEMS LTD. Radharaman Group of Institute set another milestone & created a history by conducting a mega campus recruitment by a big giant "ARCH TECH SYSTEMS LTD". The company selected 150 young engineers and offered the biggest package of 2-2.5 lakh rupees per annum.
The campus recruitment was organised at the grand campus of Radharaman Institute of Technology & Science (RITS), which is one of the leading organizations of Radharaman Group of Institutions (RGI). It is worthwhile to add that RGI has five professional institutes ie RITS, REC (Radharaman Engineering College) & RCP (Radharaman College of Pharmacy), RIRT & RIPS.
This campus was organized by a big CORE giant Arch Tech Systems Ltd. In this recruitment drive approximately 150 selected students of different engineering colleges affiliated to RGPV, Bhopal (MP) and RITS participated.
The process was initiated with PPT (Pre Placement Talk) which was organized in the centrally Air-conditioned Seminar Hall. Before that Director T&P, Dr RL Gupta welcomed them by presenting bouquet. In which Corporate Head AK Mitra and Deepak Khosla informed about the company. After that Group Discussion was conducted in which total 20 students were selected for Personnel Interview. In personnel interview 5 were found to be fit for the company and were finally selected.
Selected students expressed their joy stating "We got every kind of facility, co-operation and above all a very unbiased environment and will get 3.25 lakh per annum".
Chairman of the Group RR Saxena congratulated the selected students. At this moment Group Director Dr JL Rana, Director RITS Dr LD Balani, Director Training & Placement Dr RL Gupta, Dean Admin Col RS Singh, Dr DK Trivedi, Director Development EC Dept, Director REC Dr AR Siddiqui, Director RCP Prof CJ Verma and other faculty members were also present.
TPO James Kuttappan informed that there are many companies which will be conducting the campus drive in RGI.
