As we all know that this blog is gaining popularity by each passing day, there are a lot of activities as well which are going in the background. Probably the reactions and suggestions of our alumni should come up on the blog. So here is a small list:

These have been open secrets all along....If you see the comments to the post, its only by long term associates of BOSS. I am just surprised that they are so easily threatened by a mere blog post...What is more surprising is that all "good people" have chosen to remain silent even in an anonymous medium..."
"we should discuss this issue with seniors, the recent batch of alumni members, and also to the prof. who are free to participate in this discussion ,including prof. xxxxxxxx. We should then take a dispasionate conclusion and then send our recommendations to the ministry. This is essential to stop all the media fighting going on in the college which is bringing a bad name to our noble institute."

"After reading all the horrendous stories, I am in dilemma: Should I be happy that I am not the current student of MACT who has to undergo all this or should I feel bad at looking my college going to the state of shackles?"

What will happen to the students of the institute where the old faculty found guilty for copying M.Tech thesis (100% copy). Masters Degree of the faculty has already been cancelled by the institute. All alumni can ask the name of faculty through this blog. It is surprising that this is the only punishment given by the institute.
It is encouraging and heartening to learn about the collective initiatives of the well wishers and alumni groups to improve the state of affair of our college. The savemanit.blogspot.com says it all, very eloquently.
Together we can make a difference. As engineers, we also took an oath to contribute to the betterment of humanity. We must raise our voice against injustice. It is also important to manifest the voice into actions. Like grains of sand and drops of water we can all step up and do our part to restore the past glory of an institute that laid the foundation of our career and professional life!!
