Dear Friends

For those of you thinking of Legal Approach.

There is Right of Information Act. One can use this act and file
application to get details of all tender allotment and appointments in MACT.
There is a very small fees for filing this application and it is a Govt
of India move for a better India so will surely work with help
of a good attorney. Once we have official stuff on Papers, it can be
then given to Media and even placed on all hoardings
from TT Nagar to MANIT path from monetary contribution of NRI MANITians
and Others ;-)

<< is a good place to learn more on using this act to college benefit.

application.

IMHO A more better option can be using Govt of India Grevience Complaint
form located here

http://darpg-grievance.nic.in/

http://dpg.bharatsarkar.nic.in/

*The Directorate of Public Grievances (DPG), Cabinet Secretariat,
Government of India is an administrative mechanism which facilitates
individual citizens in obtaining fair and objective dealing of certain
types of their unresolved grievances with specified Central Government
Departments/Organizations, in certain situations. This facilitation is
provided in consultation with the concerned Central Government
Department or Organization. The actual redress is provided by the
Departments/Organizations.

*

*On receipt of a grievance, DPG inter alia assesses what aspects of it
fall in the purview, its gravity, etc. Based on this, DPG either seeks
the comments of the concerned Department/Organization or it transfers
the grievance to the concerned Department/Organization requesting it to
directly deal the matter. This action is normally taken within 15
working days of receipt of grievance and the individual is informed.*

*
If one do not have time for a lengthy legal procedding and want to take
out their anger
i feel DPG is for them. I am sure if 100+ complaints get registered it
will atleast bring the issue in notice of Govt.

For this to work more effectively, it needs a Volunteer who can email
all mact groups a format of application
that everyone of us can copy and paste in complaint box with our name.
(I borrowed this idea from how
things happen in US when for any particular Act one has to pursue the
local Senator)

-------------

For those who want to inspire themself to work for MANIT benefit
remember IIM Lobby even got HRD Minister removed by their efforts and
lobbying
this seems a much smaller issue than that

BUT !!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you guyz think we MANIT Alumni have even a proper Platform to do some
thing of this magnitude ?

=============

I will be away from PC for rest of this year and wont play any active
role in this positive approach you guyz are planning.
Pls accept my apologizies for same.

Regards
Shahab
